You may use this website for personal, non-commercial shopping. When using it, you agree not to:

• use the website in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems or other customers' accounts;
• copy, scrape or reuse content from the website without our written permission;
• introduce viruses or other harmful code, or interfere with the website working properly.

We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time, for example for maintenance.

Your account

You can shop as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, please keep your login details secure and let us know straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

Our products

We sell bathrobes and related home wear for men, women and kids. We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately, but:

• colours can look slightly different on different screens;
• sizes and measurements are approximate, so please check the details on each product page;
• small variations in texture or finish can occur from item to item.

Please follow the care instructions on each product's label. Kids' products should always be used with adult supervision where appropriate.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Pounds and include VAT / applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

We try to make sure every price is correct. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you and you can choose to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Orders

When you place an order you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This is not acceptance of your order. Our contract with you starts when we email to confirm that your order has been dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Delivery

We deliver to the countries listed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by events outside our control.

Your order becomes your responsibility once it has been delivered to the address you gave us. Please check your address carefully before ordering.

Returns and refunds

If you change your mind or something is not right, please see our Refund policy for how to return an item and how refunds work.

For hygiene reasons, items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Promotions and discount codes

From time to time we may offer promotions or discount codes. Each offer has its own conditions, such as an end date or minimum spend. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, combined with other offers or applied to orders already placed. We may withdraw a promotion at any time.

Gift cards

Gift cards can be used to buy products on this website. They cannot be exchanged for cash and are valid until expiry period, or "they are used". Please keep your gift card code safe; we cannot replace lost or stolen codes.

Reviews and content you share

If you post a review, photo or other content on our website or tag us on social media, you confirm that it is your own, honest and not offensive. You allow us to display it on our website and social channels. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the NuvoraStyles name and logo, text, images and design, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not use it without our written permission.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are for personal use.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Your privacy

We only use your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. If you live elsewhere, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence.
