Are your bathrobes suitable for men and women?

Yes. Our adult bathrobes are designed to suit both men and women, with a classic shawl collar, an adjustable waist belt and a comfortable full-length cut.

Do you have bathrobes for kids?

Yes! Our kids' plush bathrobes have a cosy hood, soft trim, handy front pockets and a waist belt, perfect for after-bath cuddles and bedtime.

Which bathrobe size should I choose?

Our robes have a relaxed, comfortable fit, and each product page shows the sizes available. If you're between sizes, choose the larger one for a roomier, cosier feel. Not sure? Message us and we'll help you pick.

How do I care for my bathrobe?

Follow the care label on your robe. Washing with similar colours and avoiding bleach will keep it soft and its colour rich for longer.

What sizes do your towels come in?

Our towels come in face, hand and bath sizes, so you can build a complete matching set for your bathroom. The exact measurements are shown on each product page.

Why does my new towel feel less absorbent?

That's completely normal. New towels can feel a little less absorbent at first, so give them a wash before you use them. They'll become softer and more absorbent with every wash.

How do I keep my towels soft?

Wash them with similar colours, skip fabric softener (it coats the fibres and makes towels less absorbent) and avoid drying on high heat. Always follow the care label.

How do your lounge trousers fit?

They have a relaxed, easy fit with an elasticated waist and an adjustable drawstring, so you can get the fit just right. They're designed for both men and women, and each product page shows the sizes available.

Do the trousers have pockets?

Yes. Our lounge trousers have handy side pockets to keep your phone and keys close, whether you're relaxing at home or heading out.

How should I wash my trousers?

Wash them inside out with similar colours to keep the colour rich, and follow the care label for the right temperature.

How do your sweatshirts fit?

Our sweatshirts have a relaxed, comfortable fit that's easy to layer, and they're designed for both men and women. For a roomier, oversized look, choose one size up.

Can I buy a matching sweatshirt and trousers set?

Yes. Our Classic Sweatshirt and Lounge Trousers are made to be worn together, so you can pair them as a cosy matching lounge set for home, travel and weekends.

How do I keep my sweatshirt looking new?

Wash it inside out on a gentle cycle with similar colours, and avoid tumble drying on high heat. This helps it keep its shape, softness and colour for longer.

How much is delivery?

Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on your location and the delivery option you choose. You'll see the estimated time at checkout, and we'll email you as soon as your order is on its way.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before your order is sent out.

What if it's not quite right?

No problem. Contact us and we'll help with an exchange or return. You can read the full details in our refund policy.
